Common questions

I paid but didn't get my purchase

Open the shop and tap Restore purchases. If it still won't appear, send us the store receipt and we'll sort it.

My progress disappeared

Progress is tied to your Apple or Google account. Sign back into the same one, then tap Sync in Settings.

Moving to a new phone

Same store account, same saves. Moving between iOS and Android is the one hop we can't carry across — sorry.

It crashes on launch

Update to the latest version and restart the phone. Still crashing? Tell us your device model and OS version.
